The Street Department of the City of Forest is responsible for maintaining all street right of ways inside the city limits, which includes creeks, ditches, culverts, curbs and inlets, maintaining street signs, cleaning up after storms, operation of street sweeper and reporting any malfunctioning street lights to the proper authority.
