The Forest Country Club Features an 18-hole golf course, a lake for fishing and a clubhouse. A large banquet hall is available for private parties on a rental basis. Family membership costs include an initial entry fee and monthly dues.

Shockaloe Riding Trail, part of the Bienville National Forest, provides hiking and horseback riding trails, hitching areas, water comfort stations, camping, picnic tables and grills. The 26-mile route is a favorite of horse lovers throughout the country.
